Amos signed a four-year, $37 million deal with the Packers that includes $12 million fully guaranteed in Year 1, meaning Bears GM Ryan Pace added another solid starter, albeit with a different skill set, while saving at least $11.5 million guaranteed at signing.

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix will be returning to Lambeau Field this season, he'll just be doing so as a member of the Chicago Bears.

Clinton-Dix played every defensive snap while with Green Bay and did the same in seven of his nine games with the Redskins. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that it's a one-year deal. Former Green Bay Packers and Washington Redskins safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix visited the Bears. He'll join forces with All-Pro safety Eddie Jackson to form the new safety tandem for Chuck Pagano's defense with the Bears.

Bears fans know first-hand how good Clinton-Dix can be. "He's got a lot of interceptions and he's not scared to hit anybody".

Take a look at this thread to see all of what HaHa Clinton-Dix. He allowed the market to eat itself alive with some of the massive contracts paid to safeties like Landon Collins, Earl Thomas, Tyrann Mathieu, and even Amos, and swooped in for Clinton-Dix who on any given Sunday will have just as strong of an impact. He had 93 tackles, three interceptions, six passes defended and a fumble recovery in 2018. That's not to say Clinton-Dix is better than Amos, but it's something worth noting here.

And third, Clinton-Dix is someone next to whom Jackson should be comfortable playing.

"Ha Ha is one of those guys, he's going to keep pushing", Jackson said. Receive comprehensive coverage of the Bears.
