URI box-office collection day 1: Vicky Kaushal film takes a solid start

According to trade experts estimates, Uri has managed to gross around Rs 11.80 crore on Saturday, taking its total collection to almost Rs 20 crore at the box office. The officer trailer of the film received an overwhelming response from the film and now when the film has been released it is generating good business. After performing well at the box office on the first day and earning around Rs 8-8.25 crore, the movie continued to show growth on the second day as well. Its estimated earnings after two days of release stand at an estimated Rs 9 crore.

Uri: The Surgical Strike is based on the surgical strikes which were carried out by the Indian army in 2016.
