It has tasted the flavor of success for the first time since it failed to launch the similar rocket on 11 October, when the two astronauts made an emergency landing immediately after the blast off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Russian Federation.

However the safe descent to Earth by cosmonaut Aleksey Ovchinin and U.S. astronaut Nick Hague led both Roscosmos and Nasa to stand by the Soyuz system as reliable. This caused the mission to be aborted and all Soyuz missions grounded.

The astronaut's capsule landed about 15 miles outside the city of Zhezqazghan in central Kazakhstan.

Captured with an exterior camera, the footage shows how the rocket lifts from the ground and leaves Earth behind with incredible speed. Neither of the two astronauts were injured in the incident. This caused one of the booster stages to improperly separate from the rocket, which can be seen in the video released by the space agency.

The agency says one of the 4 boosters failed to detach normally right after liftoff due to a faulty sensor. Roscosmos said the problem will be fixed and plans to attempt another launch on 3 December.

Dmitry Rogozin, the Space Agency Chief of Russian Federation stated that since the mishap occurred in 11 October, this is the first rocket launched from the family of Soyuz from the launch pad. In addition to the Progress cargo shipment, Japan's robotic HTV-7 resupply ship is due to be set loose for disposal on November 7, and Northrop Grumman is scheduled to launch a Cygnus cargo carrier on November 15. This mission will fly on the same Soyuz FG configuration of the rocket used for human flights, and if this flight goes well, it is expected that Soyuz crewed missions will resume in early December. The U.S. companies SpaceX and Boeing are developing astronaut taxis under multibillion-dollar NASA contracts, and both vehicles are scheduled to make their first crewed test flights in the middle of next year.

It will celebrate the mould-breaking, ceiling-smashing female talent rising up the ranks and shaking up the industry.
