Actor-turned-wrestler David Arquette was left bloody and needing stitches following a deathmatch over the weekend at the Game Changer Wrestling Event in Los Angeles. In the middle of that, it seems that Arquette's neck was cut, which resulted in blood everywhere.

The actor then motioned that he was leaving.

The actor quickly got up and walked out of the ring while clutching his neck, but ended up returning and trading blows with Gage again, ultimately losing the match.

Arquette didn't immediately respond to the TheWrap for comment and a status update.

On Saturday, Arquette posted a series of tweets indicating he was fine.

In September, Arquette opened up to Fox News about why he had chose to return to wrestling after an 18 year hiatus. In 2010, he made his WWE debut on "Raw", teaming with Alex Riley.

In addition to his acting, Arquette has been a professional wrestler, most notably becoming the World Heavyweight Champion in the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
