According to the complaint, Ronald DeRisi, 74, left more than 10 voice messages threatening the two senators starting on September 27, the day Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who says that Kavanaugh drunkenly assaulted her when they were both in high school, testified about the matter before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The man, Ronald DeRisi, left more than 10 threatening and "expletive-laced" voicemails for the two senators beginning September 27, according to the complaint unsealed Friday by prosecutors in the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of NY. However, it appears that at least one of the Senators does not represent the state of NY. "Side of your f--ing scull, you scumbag motherf--r".

Nearly an hour later, at 5.42pm, the caller left another voicemail for the same Senator, in which he appeared to say that he was "tired" of the Senator "sucking taxpayers" money!

In another call left on the other senator's phone, the message said, "Listen ... don't you know the guy's a sex offender?" "Nine millimeter, side of the [expletive] head". According to an Eventbrite page for the hex, the organizers say they plan to target the newly appointed justice as well as "all rapists and the patriarchy which emboldens, rewards and protects them".

The other Senator contacted by the caller was called a "f**king twit" and 'f**king moron, ' and then told, 'Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock'.

Earlier this month, Capitol Police charged a former congressional Democratic staffer with entering a Senate office without authorization and publishing the "restricted personal information" of several senators, including their cellphones numbers.

The United States Capitol Police executed a search warrant on his house after he was arrested and seized the cellular telephone officials said was the one used to leave the threatening voice messages.

Although he had used a burner phone, it appeared that Derisi had used his debit card to buy the phone.

DeRici was accused in court Friday of calling Kavanaugh as well, the New York Post reported.

Authorities say that "Less than an hour and a half later, DeRisi called Senator-2 again and left a message stating, in part, "I'm gonna get you". It wasn't immediately clear whether he had an attorney. DeRisi was previously arrested for making threatening phone calls to another individual three years ago.
